Welcome to The Bluebird Social. We're a fun mix of play cafe, social club, and curated children's retail all set within a whimsical world of children's literature. Our beginning as a bookstore inspired our whimsical play spaces, and children are delighted to find their favorite storybook friends tucked into sweet vignettes around our space.

Open Play sessions are held in the morning Tuesday-Thursday and Saturday morning. Play Sessions begin at 9 and run through noon. Each session is one hour of play and crafts for $6 per child. If one hour is just not enough time, you can extend your play session for another hour! A waiver must be signed before your session begins, and all children that are old enough to play should have a purchased Play Pass. Play Passes admit one child and one adult. Extra adult passes can be purchased at checkout. 

Please note that we do not serve food and are not a restaurant. We invite guests to grab a coffee at our Keurig, or better yet, from one of the establishments around town, kick back on one of our couches and enjoy some time chatting with a friend or just relaxing while your little one enjoys our whimsical, sunlit playroom. We carry prepackaged fruit snacks and granola bars for purchase and guests are always invited to bring in their own snacks and drinks. Food and drink are not allowed in the play area and should be enjoyed at tables or couches.​
